The AGM Suspension Slider is precision dual rate spring divider designed to keep the springs from rubbing on the shock body. Specifically designed for the brutal demands imposed by off-road vehicles, the AGM Slider is also longer to keep the coils compressing straight. This is accomplished through the use of a precision fit insert which is made of a proprietary materials inside a 2-piece 6061-T6 Aluminum alloy housing that is CNC machined and hard anodized. The result is the 2-piece AGM Slider that will allow your springs to rotate individually as they compress - the result? It holds your coil springs more true (straight) on the shock body.Therefore, preventing the contact that inevitably occurs when the stock plastic slider prematurely wears, deforms or breaks, which allows the springs to deflect and contact the coil carrier body, causing noise and ultimately damage.
