Shock Services

Downsouth Motorsports specializes in servicing all major brands of shocks, such as King, Fox and ICON just to name a few.

Our definition of shock services:

Note all current settings, such as pre-load, cross-over ring location, bypass tube adjustments and nitrogen psi
Dis-assmble shock completely and spec out valving and working piston orientation
All parts run through an Ultrasonic Washer
Next in an Aqueous Machine, then blow off and inspect all parts
Shafts get checked for run out and any pits or knicks, then polished on a "High Speed" polisher
Re-assemble Shock / Bleed / Charge with Nitrogen

Our shock services include new seals, new oil, polish shafts, de-burr cylinders and any other parts needed would have an additional cost.
