The RUGGED Wired Driver Only Communication Kit with R1 Radio, geared for racing communications, promotes team connectivity and efficient communication, made possible through its UHF/VHF dual-band capability, supplemented with digital/analog dual band radio (R1). Elements such as molded jacks, high-bend test cables, Total Shield RF blocking, and AlphaBud earbuds assure interference-free communication and clear, crisp sounds, respectively. The SS-R1 package includes an R1 Dual Band Radio, an Aluminum handheld radio box, a wired communication harness, a rugged wired helmet kit, and a Velcro-mounted steering wheel Push-to-Talk button. The SS-KIT-R1 package offers similar features with added Alpha audio speakers.
