MT PreRunner Kit

The Dirt King Long Travel Suspension System is engineered to dramatically enhance off-road handling while maintaining excellent day-to-day drivability. Up front the system delivers 12” of travel and supports up to a 37” tire offering substantial improvements in articulation and clearance. Designed for both 2WD and 4WD models when paired with extended axle shafts. Compared to the competition we’ve gained several inches of ground clearance by mounting the lower arms in the factory location instead of below it. The system is fully CAD-designed, rigorously tested, and proudly manufactured in the USA.

In the rear the setup provides up to 17” of usable travel when combined with the Dirt King bedcage and Dirt King Long Travel Leaf Springs. Together the front and rear kits create a balanced, high-performance suspension package that transforms the vehicle’s capability without compromising reliability or everyday usability.

• Pro 4 Series Ball Joints: SAE4140 housing, 76° of articulation, and induction-hardened ball stud for maximum strength and smoother steering feel.
• SilentSpin Bushings: Maintenance-free, greaseless, and engineered for quiet, free-spinning articulation
• DCA Remote Reservoirs: Remote reservoir equipped with dual compression adjusters allowing for high-speed and low-speed compression adjustments.
• Optimized Lift and Ride Comfort: With vehicle-specific valving, the shocks are expertly tuned for optimal ride quality on both city streets and rugged trails, all while maintaining a leveled lift.
• Enhanced Suspension Geometry: Upper control arms improve caster settings and pivot angles for better handling and increased articulation.
• Increased Suspension Travel: Allows for higher articulation and improved damping on uneven terrains.
• Durable Construction: The upper control arms are professionally MIG welded using 4130 chromoly tubing and finished with a black powder coat.
• High-Quality Components: Aluminum shock bodies for cooler operation and corrosion resistance.
• Rebuildable and Serviceable: All components are rebuildable or replaceable; tools and replacement parts are available from Dirt King.
• Direct Bolt-On Replacement: Uses factory mounting locations for straightforward installation.

Front Lift Height

• Out of the Box: Provides 2" of lift (levels vehicle).
    ○ Max Recommended Setting: Up to 2.5" of lift.

Rear Lift Height

• Out of the Box: Factory height is retained.
