By replacing the stock ball-joint with a larger 1.00 uni-ball bearing, we significantly enhance wheel travel, providing a part that is markedly stronger and more durable, especially in extreme conditions.

We go beyond mere replacement by incorporating additional caster and modifying the camber curve to correct geometry. This ensures proper vehicle alignment, leading to improved driving characteristics and handling.

Employing cutting-edge CAD/CAM engineering software, we adhere to the strictest standards in designing these arms. Our process involves utilizing a FARO laser scan arm to model the OEM parts and frames. All components are manufactured in-house, with precision CNC laser cutting and bending of the tubes, followed by MIG welding in fixtures for accuracy. Afterward, the arms undergo sandblasting and powder-coating. Our in-house CNC machine shop produces all the machined parts, including the uniball misalignment spacers made from heat-treated stainless steel. We take pride in delivering the highest quality parts, all produced under our own roof and strict control.
