ICON 2003-Current Dodge Ram 4.5" Performance Suspension System is designed utilizing the same technology from our 2.5" system. The 4.5" system stage 4 utilizes the same progressive wound coil-springs which increase performance and enhance the ride quality over the stock suspension. Included in the system is a drop pitman arm and pan-rod bracket to maintain proper steering geometry. It also includes bump stops, 1" aluminum lift block, u-bolts, pan rod bar, front upper and lower link system, leaf spring expansion pack and all necessary installation hardware. The 2.0" mono-tube shocks are replaced by our 2.5" V.S. Series remote reservoir front shocks and 2.5" piggyback rear shocks.

at an Additional Cost. Coil-springs are rated for Diesel Engines.
